Pricing for outfitters and guides

Free to list. A small cut when we book you.

Listing your fish houses or guide service is free. When an angler books through Hardwater Connection, the standard rate is 10% of the booking. Book 10 trips in a season and every booking after that is just 8%. $100 Season Pass: your first 3 bookings are commission-free (each carries a pass-holder fee, $20 minimum), then just 6.5%. You always get the lowest rate you qualify for. Guests pay no booking fee.

Standard rate 10%

No sign-up cost, no monthly fee. Taken from your Stripe payout when a booking is charged. Minimum Hardwater Connection fee: $2 per booking, so small bookings still cover card processing.

Season pass

$100 · first 3 bookings commission-free, then just 6.5%

Good from purchase through Mar 31. Your first 3 paid bookings of the season are commission-free. Free pass bookings carry a pass-holder fee: the greater of $20 or Stripe’s fee (2.9% + $0.30) + $5, taken from your payout. Guests pay nothing extra. A canceled or refunded booking doesn’t use one up.

Volume rate

8% after 10 bookings

Book 10 trips in a season and every booking after that is just 8%. Counts paid bookings from Dec 1 to Mar 31; canceled or refunded bookings don’t count. Not retroactive, and it resets each season.
